A couple weeks ago, I asked my girlfriend to marry me. In a moment I might have wanted to protect from OCD more than any other, I found myself weirdly accepting.

Matt, I listened to this podcast with years streaming down my face, particularly as you described the constriction of OCD versus the expansive feeling of living fully into a moment. You held them in a both/and way with gentle acceptance. How wonderful! I’m thrilled for you and your future bride. Thanks for your light, Jessica
Congratulations, Matt!! I’m so happy for you. And I was so glad to hear that even though OCD was there with you, it didn’t ruin the moment………I hope you have many more moments like that.
::smile:: Thanks, Jessica.
Thanks, Janet! At least in this moment, something in me was wiser than the OCD.
