Thanks for sharing this, Matt…….sounds like the opposite of “going with the flow,” and “living in the moment.” I hope you can figure out how to work toward living the life you want and deserve. Thinking of you!

Would you say OCD allows people to maintain a lifestyle that is fundamentally wrong, like acting outside of direct body/self relations to itself and others? Are your continued explorations of ego maybe just attempts to get better acquainted with your enemy? Are you losing value the more you engage in the internal dance of idea, calculated action, and passive emotion? Do you have to meditate to bring yourself back to flight zero? When did you abandon martial discipline?

Or, maybe… did you accidently internalize the mindset of someone, of a deeply ashamed child who compensated through verbal ego inflation? Would you say this child was perhaps just unaccustomed to real combat and just self obsessed lost person? Sounds like you have encountered too many stupid dudes…

Thank you Matt for your wonderful podcast! I was diagnosed with ocd a month ago after suffering for almost 10 years. This podcast really helps!
Starting ERP on wednesday, hoping to learn how to cope better with tjis disease.
