My Brain Is Not Safe: A Conversation With Author Traci Foust

by Matt B. on November 10, 2014

Traci Foust is the author of Nowhere Near Normal: A Memoir of OCD. She’s also a lovely person – bright, kind, and straight up. In this episode, we talk about coming to terms with OCD’s role in our lives. Do we have to “conquer” all of our fears? Can we expect to “beat” this thing one day? And is “battling” really the right metaphor?

Hi Matt! Great writing! I’m interested in knowing your experience with meditation. Can you direct me t a blog entry about that or give me a few comments regarding how that’s helped (or not).?
